Join us at the spectacular Prana Del Mar retreat center, nestled on Mexico's Baja California coast, between the towns of Todos Santos and Cabo San Lucas.

7 days of Pilates and Yoga mini-workshops to ground your adventures, with space for relaxation, personal growth, and total mind/body transformation.

Included is a mid-week Kayaking and Snorkeling adventure in the Sea of Cortez.

Optional adventures including Explore the town of Todos Santos, Surfing, Horseback Riding on the Beach and Fishing off the Pacific Coast.

All prices include 3 daily meals, taxes, airport transfers from Cabos San Lucas and classes twice daily.
