PRIVATE SESSIONS + CLASSES:
I teach a variety of classes in San Francisco and offer private sessions. I am also available for private sessions or group classes in your office or in the privacy of your home. All appointments are made via email. Please contact me for more information.

Zoomed In Pilates

It's time to zoom in on specific areas in your body and mind! Every Wednesday, we will be dissecting different exercises and concepts. After 45min, we will have uncovered some of the mysteries of the Pilates mat. Each week will be a little bit different if you would like to focus on a specific area, reach out! Requests are accepted via email or FB/IG.

Once you click on the link to the class, Zoom will ask you to download their program, it only takes a minute. You do not need to set up an account. Incase you already have the program, type in the below ID. After you have entered the ID number you will have to provide the password, see below.
